You can request registration by filling out the online form below. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that submitting your information does not automatically guarantee a spot as an NHS patient. Registration as an NHS patient will only be confirmed after your initial consultation and check-up with one of our dentists.
Appointment cancellation policy
When we offer you an appointment for registration, please respect our appointment system. If you are unable to attend, kindly provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your name being added to the dormant waiting list.
