Appointments & booking

• Appointments can be booked online or by calling 0131 629 1158.
• Same-day and emergency appointments are subject to availability.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean your appointment has to be rescheduled.

Fees & payment

• The emergency consultation fee is £95.00.
• X-rays, treatment and laboratory costs are not included in the consultation fee and will be quoted separately.
• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. We may apply a charge for appointments missed without reasonable notice.

Treatment & consent

All treatment is carried out by GDC-registered clinicians. We will explain your options, risks and costs before proceeding, and treatment will only go ahead with your consent. Outcomes of dental treatment cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual circumstances.
